Alpha Packaging Welcomes New President/CEO

Former executive at Hexacomb and Alcoa

Alpha Packaging has announced that Jeffrey Kellar has joined the company as president and chief executive officer. Alpha, a portfolio company of Irving Place Capital, is a manufacturer and decorator of bottles and jars for the nutritional, pharmaceutical, personal care, household chemical, and niche food and beverage markets. Kellar brings more than 20 years of packaging industry experience to Alpha.

Kellar was most recently president of Hexacomb, a Boise, Inc. company and leading supplier of paper-based protective packaging. Prior to joining Hexacomb, he was president of Alcoa’s Flexible Packaging business and served in various management roles at Tetra Pak, including establishing bottle operations in North America.
